Leadership Camp 2025 will be held at Camp Kawartha, June 13 – 15.
Leadership Camp is held in June each year at various camp and conference centres across the province. It is open to all Junior Farmer members and is an opportunity to meet our incoming delegates. Attendees unite and take part in various icebreaker games and dynamic challenges that allow individuals to discuss and debrief the tasks at hand and reflect on how they can improve the way they work together as a team. Leadership Camp offers various activities, which help encourage confidence, communication and goal setting. Attendees are able to take what they learn first-hand and bring that knowledge back to their local clubs and communities.
